FANTASTIC CHAR SIEW CHICKEN CUTLET CURRY NOODLES

I seldom use the word 'fantastic' to describe food. But this one really takes the cake and it's very 'value for money'.

To be sure, Cantonese Delights is located at Hong Lim Food Centre #02-03.

They sell a variety of noodles and such. But the killer dish, is their curry noodles.

The noodles, being the wanton mee variant, is seldom mixed with curry sauce. But it's done really well here.

Those who know me, know I love my curries. And this version does not fail me. The noodles are cooked and tossed into their standard green plate. A few ladles of curry is poured over it. I asked for the chicken cutlet and char siew combo.

All for only $3.50.

The cutlet is crispy and the char siew charred at the rights places. What's more, you get free flow chopped laksa leaves and pork lard bits.

You get heaven on the cheap.
